Look into a Childs eye; what do you see? Innocence, ignorance, purity. Love. A reflection? Of what? You? For what can you look in the eye, if not a child? Are you afraid of what you see?
Being a parent is not one way. A child can equally teach a parent, if the parent can see through their pride. A child is a gift, in more way than one. It is a chance to help another life blossom, but also to help realise your own flowering potential, and through the power of your reflection, help them again in turn. Be graceful with your child, let them humble you, and they will be blessed in return.
Look them in the eye, and know yourself.
